The Jinshanling Great Wall 100 Ultra Trail race is held at the Jinshanling Great Wall Scenic Area in Luanping County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. There are four categories: 100K, 50K, 30K, and 10K.

The Great Wall is one of the seven wonders of the world. Perfectly constructed by more than 2,000 dynasties over 2,000 years.  It shows the breadth and depth of Chinese national culture.  Today, the Great Wall is a symbol of tolerance and peace. The protection and preservation over the years have allowed the Jinshanling Great Wall to be one of the best examples of the historical representations of the Great Wall of China.

As cross-country endurance sports has become one of the fastest growing sports in China and around the world, it is an honor to bring athletes the ultimate experience of preserved history, and ancient culture, and running on the Great Wall of China for a true dream race experience thousands of years in the making.

This race combines the experience of running on trails, rural farms, and of course sections of the Great Wall. Parts are preserved and in perfect condition, while other parts are in their original state of ruin with sections that are broken and overgrown from thousands of years of nature wearing them down.   Every step gives you picturesque panoramas of the most beautiful breathtaking views that you’ll only experience through your journey of running the race.
